Longest English Word

At 45 letters, pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, which refers to a lung disease, is often considered the longest word in English.

That's interesting WV, and certainly beats the one we used to brag about knowing when we were young, and that was 'antidisestablishmentarianism'.
